Staff anonymously reported that our hybrid working model, generous PTO, open communication, and learning and development opportunities makes the company a great place to work. To foster a high-performing and positive workplace culture, the company prioritises justice, rapport, and equity in all aspects of management and employee relations. These principles are key drivers of employee satisfaction and productivity.
Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based Advertising, Media & Marketing employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
CEO Ian Henderson says, “We’ve worked incredibly hard to create a working environment which is creative, positive and supportive. It’s not always easy, but our client and staff satisfaction surveys consistently show we’re getting at least some of it right. And that’s the foundation of a successful agency.”
