CMC Markets is a leading provider of CFDs and financial spread betting, with customers ranging from first-time traders to seasoned pros running their own portfolios. But since new legislation had reduced the levels of leveraged trading allowed in the sector, CMC found themselves needing to attract new customers.
We targeted high value ‘pro traders’ with a multi-channel campaign encouraging them to switch to CMC’s newly upgraded platform. By identifying different trading habits, we created six different personas and showed how each one could use CMC’s new platform features to ‘trade their way’.
